TBL90CD5: Epitaxial growths of twinned Rutile crystals, lustrous and of a very deep, dark red color, on tabular Ilmenite crystals that have in turn been pseudomorphed by Rutile and Hematite. Note that the areas that may appear broken or scratched are actually re-growths, the specimen being a complete floater and perfectly crystallized.
